Hope you're doing great! Here's another market digest to help you identify some very interesting opportunity that may not surface for a long long time again if missed.

In recent weeks, there has been mixed news that may confuse some buyers.  On one hand, it was reported that private NEW home sales plunged 51.7% in October due to new curbs on reissuance of options. On the other hand, just over the past weekend, The Linq at Beauty World was almost sold out in just one launch weekend at a very respectable price range of around $2100 psf +/-.

On a separate note, my resale listings enquiries have increased significantly, especially for large units. 

One of my recent 2002 sqft listing in D10 was also sold out in just 2 weeks of exclusive marketing at a record price for units of similar size.

So where is the market heading?  Could you still identify precious new launches that could offer tremendous upside potential in this market?
